Chief Technology Officer

We are an early-stage healthcare startup developing an 'almost science-fiction' technology that delivers painless blood tests completely noninvasively, and provides results in real time. Initiated in Tel Aviv University and Sheba Medical Center, with a successful clinical test and a pending patent.

What we are looking for:

- At least five years of experience in software development and computer vision.

- Expertise in image processing algorithms, machine learning, and pattern recognition.

- Demonstrated success in developing and launching software products.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale software projects and cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to innovate and drive technical vision, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

The day-to-day work:

- Build, train, and implement ML/CV systems to enhance product capabilities.

- Plan and execute a long-term technology roadmap and product development.

- Recruit, develop, and lead top talent for a high-performing R&D team.
