Job Overview:

Alomone Labs is seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to lead and revolutionize all aspects of our digital marketing strategy. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can drive our digital presence to new heights, significantly impacting our global market position in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, innovative digital marketing strategy aligned with Alomone Labs' business goals and market position.
• Lead the optimization and growth of our e-commerce platforms, driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing revenue.
• Spearheaded the creation and implementation of integrated, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns spanning brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
•  Utilize advanced marketing automation to create sophisticated customer journeys and support a robust lead generation pipeline.
• Oversee creating and distributing compelling, scientifically accurate content across all digital channels, collaborating closely with product management and other key stakeholders.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the Alomone Labs website, focusing on scientific content, design, SEO, and inbound marketing strategies to boost organic traffic and sales.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging A/B testing and other optimization strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.
• Manage substantial marketing budgets, balancing experimentation with proven strategies to achieve cost-efficient scale.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with global professionals, distributors, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all markets.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of successful experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a proven track record in the life sciences industry.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools, including Pardot, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, and AdWords.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital strategies that have significantly impacted business growth and market position.
• Strong leadership experience, including managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
• Proven ability to work effectively with C-level executives and cross-functional teams on both technical and non-technical projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience in managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
• In-depth understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the life sciences sector.
• Strong background in competitive analysis and market positioning within the global life sciences industry.
• Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in both Hebrew and English, verbal and written.
