UX/UI Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Manage design projects from concept to delivery while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and various stakeholders to translate requirements and feedback into intuitive and engaging designs, transforming UX concepts into well-designed flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging product analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and refine designs based on feedback.
• Define and plan clear navigation models, producing wireframes and prototypes to create simple, intuitive, usable, and engaging experiences for our users.
• Assist in the discovery and specification of new features and enhancements.
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in B2B companies, with a portfolio showcasing work on complex platforms.
• Experience in the cybersecurity domain.
• Up-to-date with industry knowledge and UX/UI best practices, including user research, user-centered design, and data-driven design methodologies.
• Strong creative and visual skills with an organized and methodical approach, proven teamwork capabilities, and experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and team collaboration.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in a startup company is a big plus.
