Senior Analyst

Description

We are looking for a talented analyst to join our Business Analysis team. In this unique position you will analyze, monitor, and draw tangible conclusions about our products and user behavior. You will analyze complex issues, effectively solve problems, and proactively investigate and recommend ways to achieve improvement. This position involves collaboration with the product team, R&D and management. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills, and deep product and processes understanding.

As part of your role you will

• Analyze and measure new products and features and improve existing ones
• Work with management, product and R&D to proactively provide actionable insights
• Design, build and own data flows and dashboards
• Drive business processes efficiency through data and analysis
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computing science, statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of analytical experience - Must
• 2+ years of experience as a BI developer
• SQL high proficiency - Must
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining data flows (ETL) - Must
• Experience with BI reporting platforms (preferably Tableau) - Must
• Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices
• Python — advantage
• Experience in B2B product analysis - Advantage
• Statistical knowledge and analyzing large datasets — Advantage
• DBT / AirFlow - Advantage
