Publisher Relations Lead (Ad Tech)

DYG a leading user-acquisition solutions provider for app developers and agencies, is looking for someone to take lead and manage our publishers and partners team.

The role includes working on a big scale of campaigns, data, mentoring team members and mastering our proprietary platform and tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily, weekly and monthly progress of our publishers team, make sure we hit our goals and maximize our potential
• Responsible for in-depth operational research and analysis, knowing everything there is to know about the relevant platforms, trackers, new industry trends etc
• Develop our operational strategy, laying the rules and ‘how-to’ for our global publishers management team
• Act as a mentor on everything under your area of responsibility and expertise
• Creating and presenting relevant reports to the company management

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience in the ad-tech industry
• Experience in managing high scale global publishers or affiliates relations
• Very sharp and tech-savvy mind and way of thinking, with the ability to work with data, identify trends, patterns and making actionable recommendations
• Extensive experience working with industry tools, including tracking platform such as Appsflyer, Adjust etc
• The ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage process and make sure they are done on the best way possible
• Growth mindset, which is the ability to see opportunities and what can be done rather than focus on what we can’t do
• Hands-on approach, you should be able to get your hands dirty with whatever work is needed to be done
• The ability to craft reports, present information and represent your department
• High verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English is a must
• BA Studies in relevant fields is a plus
