The Strategic Customers Sales Division at a leading TECH communications company is seeking you – an experienced and talented Sales Manager to lead our Public and Defense Sales Department!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a sales team of 7 Account Managers, focusing on achieving challenging business targets.
• Expand existing customer portfolios and increase sales volume across a variety of products and services.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with senior executives in the public and defense sectors, as well as with manufacturers, consultants, and business partners.
• Manage high-impact tenders that significantly influence the entire division.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, with transactions totaling tens of millions of shekels – a must.
• In-depth knowledge of integration, relevant products, and services – a must.
• Experience working with manufacturers and distributors – a must.
• Significant advantage for experience in working with tenders and familiarity with senior executives in the public and defense sectors.
• Willingness to undergo security clearance – a must.
