We are currently looking for Kitchen Maintenance Team Lead

Job Summary/Goals

• Supporting local FM with managing all aspects of Kitchen maintenance services as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract between Intel and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
• The jobholder will be supporting the Kitchen systems and CSA Including repair of Kitchen Assets for Lachish site.
• Kitchen Maintenance will be measured by contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
• Individual must be experienced Industrial Electrician and previous experience with Kitchen maintenance and basic knowledge and experience with Building maintenance & plumbing systems.
• The jobholder must assist FM Lead in the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the Facilities team (e.g. service providers, contractors, etc.) to achieve the goals.
• Kitchen Maintenance Team leader will be required to handle all service calls in accordance with intel/JLL SLA,
• In addition to perform preventive maintenance systems in sites.
• The Kitchen Maintenance Team leader will have experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment with attention to detail, high sense of urgency and the drive for results. And must have experience with team lead.
  
  

• Maintaining, lead and control all Kitchen equipment, including assets, carts, etc.…
• Manage the kitchen maintenance team, including training, instructing.
• Assigning tasks and supervising the work of the team
• Providing feedback and evaluation to employees
• Develop and plan preventive maintenance programs for kitchens, considering safety requirements, relevant standards, and Health regulations.
• Perform periodic inspections of electrical, plumbing, and Building Maintenance in kitchens.
• Identify and repair faults in electrical, plumbing, and Building Maintenance
• Manage spare parts and maintenance equipment inventory.
• Prepare periodic reports on the activities of the kitchen maintenance team.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and contractors and responsible of escorting and safety behavior.
• Comply with the kitchen maintenance budget.
• Implement safety and sanitation procedures in kitchens.
• Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements, and within the Health and Safety guidelines.
• Gain the high level of Client’s and customers’ satisfaction proved with the results of respective surveys.
• Provide High Electrical Systems Including building maintenance service level successful preventive and corrective maintenance, cost reduction initiatives.
• From interpreting blueprints, manufactures’ instructions and written or verbal instructions, determining the sequence of operations required to maintain, repair, and adjust electrical and refrigeration equipment.
• Performing periodic or special preventive maintenance inspections to ascertain the general condition of the equipment and making recommendations for repairs as necessary to keep the equipment in good operating condition.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical installation and maintenance
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical problems.
• Highly organized.
• Excellent Problem-solving skills.
• Very good English language both speaking and writing.
• Team Managing experience.
• Kitchen maintenance Managing experience – advantage.
• Very good experience with office programs (excel, power point, word)
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in industry.

• ניהול ותפעול מקצועי של צוות אחזקת מטבחים, פיקוח ובקרה לפי עמידה ביעדים.
• פיקוח על מענה לקריאות שירות וניהול איכות השירות ללקוח.
• ניהול ועמידה בתקציבים שנתיים
• תמיכה בפרויקטים בתחום המטבחים ומתן פתרונות לשיפור כערך מוסף ללקוח
  
  

• תעודת חשמלאי מוסמך/הנדסאי חשמל.
• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון עם מערכות חשמל תעשייתיות.
• אנגלית בשליטת טובה ברמת הבנה וכתיבה.
• ידע בחוקי הבטיחות בתחום החשמל.
