Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the UK Desk conversion team.

Develop and implement conversion strategies tailored to the UK market.

Analyze conversion metrics and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Establish and track KPIs related to conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
