About the Role:

We are seeking a mature and dedicated IT Operations Specialist to oversee the IT operations at

our site. The ideal candidate will have a blend of managerial and technical skills, and the

ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams. This role requires a

proactive individual who can make informed decisions regarding IT staff and ensure smooth

IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Operations Management: Oversee and manage the entire IT operations of the site to

ensure efficient functioning.

• Team Coordination: Coordinate with multiple teams, including internal IT teams and external

stakeholders, to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.

• Decision Making: Make decisions regarding IT staff, including hiring, performance

evaluations, and task assignments as necessary.

• Technical Oversight: Utilize technical skills to resolve complex IT issues and ensure the

implementation of best practices.

• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring

deadlines and budgetary constraints are met.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the

organization's goals.

• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards, and maintain the

security of the IT infrastructure

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.

• Skills:

• Strong technical skills and IT management experience.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Proficiency in coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
