Ceva AI Architecture Manager

The Ceva AI Architecture Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI architecture within the organization. This role involves leading a team of architects and engineers to ensure the integrity and coherence of Ceva's architectural framework. The manager will work closely with various stakeholders to drive advancements in AI and establish standards that elevate software execution on Ceva platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development process of AI architecture and its products.
• Ensure the integrity and coherence of Ceva's architectural framework.
• Drive advancements in AI and energy-efficient computing.
• Establish and maintain standards for software execution on Ceva platforms.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure compliance with Ceva standards.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of architectural projects.
• Coordinate and oversee all technical activities related to architectural and engineering projects.
• Direct the design team, review micro architecture, implementation, and integration, and approve design changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in AI architecture and system design.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and establishing industry standards.
• At least 8 years in architecture/VLSI design
• At least 3 years in managing development teams
