Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO /Chief of Staff to the CEO, your primary role is to work closely with and support him in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will be the right-hand person, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and efficiency within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize tasks, and optimize time. Oversee and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of meetings and engagements.
- Coordinate and manage the company’s key events, including all-hands meetings, board meetings, and general assembly.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives. Report results to the CEO.
- Create and prepare presentations for the CEO, ensuring that materials are polished, professional, and align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and other teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to advance initiatives.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Investor Development: Identify and cultivate new investor opportunities, supporting the company's financial growth and strategic objectives.
- Manage special projects -Oversee the progress of key projects, particularly those awaiting a dedicated manager, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events, acting as a liaison for the CEO and the company.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various departments within the company to ensure the advancement of the CEO's initiatives and tasks.
- New Markets Development: Lead efforts to explore and develop business opportunities in countries where the company currently lacks a regular presence.
- Support the development of the carbon-related business, from initial learning stages to managing established relationships.
- Assist in leading the company’s marketing efforts, working closely with the marketing team to align strategies and objectives with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Must-Native English (written and spoken).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in business/project management.
- Strong interest in the company's values and mission.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive, adaptable attitude
- Dedication to confidentiality and professionalism.
