We at Eleos are building a state-of-the-art behavioral health CareOps automation solution. Our platform is a cutting-edge solution that turns behavioral health conversations into documentation and intelligence that drives better care, enhances therapists day to day, and increases their effectiveness and success.

Our solution uses proprietary NLU to digitize behavioral health conversations, track evidence-based care, and reduce documentation work by 50%+.

As our Full Stack Team Lead, you will drive engineering processes to produce a roadmap focusing on quality and time to market, working closely with our leadership, product, and clinical team while developing new features from scratch HO. What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

• 3+ years of experience leading a team of at least five developers, building and maintaining SaaS applications at scale in production
• 5+ years of software engineering experience working on production applications with real-world users
• Experience building Web Services and software components using Python
• Knowledge of different storage services, micro-services, security features, and automation tools
• Experience working with AWS - advantage
