Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, and implementing projects within the contractual timeline, and scope.

Responsibilities

•Obtain and analyze technical specifications, strong skills in reading building plans;

•Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors and customers; create a work plan to ensure that all phases of work are done in accordance with contractual agreements;

•Perform internal design review, including PPT and technical support;

•Maintain proactive customer, developer and vendor relationship, establish and set proper expectations, and manage conflict resolution;

•Negotiate commissions and discounts;

•Facilitate the successful conclusion of the delivery, including onsite property inspections;

•Forecast, evaluate and develop deal cash flows, budgets relative to Upgrades;

•Review, place and follow-up on purchase orders, change orders, and invoices;

•Manage the post-close customer care process, including assessing warranty requests, engineering reports, registrations and conducting the “new home orientation” to the customers;

• Work with Property Management team to ensure satisfactory completion of snags and the 1-year warranty items inspection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• English B2 Level
