Ad Operations (Demand) Team Lead

The Role:

Torox is seeking an experienced and driven individual to lead our Demand-Side Ad Operations team. The Team Lead will oversee the management and optimization of advertising campaigns on our platform, driving performance and ensuring success for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team including two employees located abroad.

- Optimize and scale advertising campaigns to meet client goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.

- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with international partners.

- Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- High level of English - both verbal and written.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in the Ad Tech industry - Advantage.

This is a full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, requiring on-site presence at our lovely office in Park Hamada, Ness Ziona/Rehovot.
