OTC Department Manager

Padagis Israel is looking for a skilled OTC Department Manager to lead our Over-The-

Counter (OTC) medicines marketing team. This role involves overseeing strategic

planning, product development, marketing, sales, and financial performance within the

OTC and consumer goods sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the OTC marketing department, developing and executing strategic plans for

products and consumer goods, including marketing, sales, and P&L management.

- Collaborate with Business Development to identify and pursue new opportunities,

including product launches, line extensions, and acquisitions that align with company

goals and market trends.

- Analyze market trends to understand consumer needs and competition, enhance

brand presence, and develop marketing strategies that drive sales and profitability.

- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring project success and

fostering innovation.

- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and international partners.

- Full-time role, requires flexibility for overtime as needed.

- Report directly to the CEO as part of the management team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing/ Life Sciences/

Pharmacy – required.

2. Master’s degree (MBA/Marketing) – required.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in OTC or consumer products within the

pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry – required.

4. High proficiency in English – required.

5. Demonstrated experience in project management, and developing and executing

marketing strategies and campaigns.

6. Proven management experience – required.

7. Strong background in analyzing market trends and understanding customer needs.

8. Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.

9. Full proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
