• Detection and cloud infrastructure modeling

Be A Part Of

• Leading a product focused on the core IP of our company and providing massive value daily to our customers
• Driving a product roadmap and vision
• Delivering the MVP, based on customer feedback, business objectives, research, and market trends
• Defining business goals related to product ownership such as revenue, adoption, and usage
• Collaborating with engineering, data science, and actuarial teams to translate complex models and algorithms into user-friendly, actionable insights for insurers and reinsurers
• Navigating the intersection of technology and financial services, ensuring that our product offerings meet the requirements of the insurance and reinsurance industries
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly those related to insurance, reinsurance, and cloud services

The Ideal Skill Set

• You have UI/UX experience, including designing user interfaces and enhancing user experiences, using Figma
• You have experience as a senior technical product manager independently defining strategy and owning execution of a IaaS/SaaS cloud-based product
• You have experience defining and monitoring success metrics and KPIs
• You have have the ability to take full product delivery responsibility, and step in wherever needed, even if crossing typical role boundaries
• You are a great communicator and are comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical teams
• You have experience writing detailed requirements and planning MVPs, and leading their execution 
• You have experience working with or within financial services, particularly in insurance, reinsurance, or investment management related to catastrophe bonds or ILS
• You have an understanding of risk modeling, including catastrophe models, stochastic modeling, and financial impact analysis
• You have experience translating complex actuarial / financial / statistics models into user-centric product features
• You are familiar with cloud technologies in at least one of the following providers - AWS, GCP, and Azure
• You want to work in a fast, high-growth startup environment with collaborative company culture
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a startup environment

Bonus Points

• You have experience designing and building analytics products 
• You have experience in the insurance industry, particularly in underwriting, claims, or actuarial science, with a focus on cloud outage risks, is a significant bonus
• You have experience visualizing and providing value from large datasets
