About the role:

• Manage a team of 3-4 underwriters, overseeing both personal and professional aspects.
• Responsible for analyzing and underwriting vehicle financing loan applications, including conducting economic analyses and using credit scoring models.
• Oversee the submission of requirements and execution of user testing.
• Manage knowledge in vehicle financing and implement credit policies.
• Make decisions regarding customer exposure and financing terms.
• Conduct controls on underwriting processes, analyze findings, and grant loans.
• Provide professional support and responses to various internal stakeholders concerning vehicle credit underwriting.
• Handle interfaces and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (car agencies).
• Participate in various committees.
• Willingness to work and manage a team operating in shifts during working hours.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration/Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience managing underwriting operations in non-banking financial institutions, specifically in the automotive field.
• Ability to analyze and understand credit reports, familiarity with relevant decision-supporting documents.
• Familiarity with customer rating models, understanding risk management in the field, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Office applications, including advanced Excel skills—mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to derive insights.
• Ability to manage tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
