Junior Transport and Urban Planner

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Transport and Urban Planner at GL Urban Systems Planning & Management. As a Transport and Urban Planner, you will be responsible for conducting transportation planning, traffic forecasts, developing transport models and fleet management systems. You will also be involved in strategic planning, environmental planning, land use planning, and the construction and maintenance of information systems and databases. This role is located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Regional Planning, Urban Planning, and Land Use Planning skills
• Experience in Environmental Planning and Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in GIS software and tools
• Knowledge of transportation and traffic planning principles
• Experience conducting traffic forecasts and developing transport models
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience with macro, mezzo, and micro simulations is a plus
