Job Summary:

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online sales strategies across various digital platforms. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the e-commerce operations, from website management to digital marketing and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hair care industry, a strong background in e-commerce, and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth in the hair care sector.
• Website Management: Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
• Digital Marketing: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Product Listings: Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engines. Manage product data, imagery, and descriptions to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Customer Experience: Monitor and enhance the customer journey from browsing to checkout, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize e-commerce strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals and brand objectives.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party service providers, such as logistics and payment gateways, to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to continuously enhance our online presence and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the hair care industry and a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
