Production Manager

Production Manager is needed For a Food Manufacturing Company

Job Description:

• Manage and execute the production plan, ensuring output meets the plant’s targets for quality and safety.
• Develop and implement processes and work procedures.
• Oversee the daily operations of department managers, shift managers, and employees in one of the departments.
• Build and continuously improve a skilled team.
• Address daily challenges and adapt to changing production demands.
• Identify critical points and bottlenecks in production and explore alternatives for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvements in safety, food safety, environmental quality, and operational excellence.
• Enforce quality, safety, and environmental regulations, and eliminate hazards accordingly.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external service providers.
• Participate as a member of the plant’s management team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing employees on the production floor (minimum 75 employees) – mandatory.
• Experience managing mid-level managers – an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in production management within the industry – mandatory.
• Experience in the food industry – an advantage.
• Experience as a member of senior management – an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel.
• Understanding of information systems – mandatory.
• Experience in leading cross-organizational projects and processes.
