Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire procurement process, from the moment an order is placed until it reaches the site for execution. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best possible terms, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with the company’s goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the procurement department's operations, from the moment an order is placed until it reaches the site for the execution team.
• Client and Supplier Relations: Take responsibility for all client communications and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiation Skills: Conduct negotiations to secure equipment and materials at the most competitive prices.
• Creativity and Problem-Solving: Develop innovative procurement solutions to better meet the company's needs.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the planning and execution departments to ensure smooth operations and innovation.
• System Proficiency: Manage procurement processes using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Asana, Google Drive, and Binarit.

Minimum Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Excel and other computing systems (Tech-savvy individuals preferred).
• 3 years in a similar role, with a preference for experience as a Purchasing Manager in construction-oriented organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
• Ability to develop and implement smart, lean, and controlled cross-functional processes, and drive effective cross-organizational collaborations.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in all tasks.

Personality and Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of information and ensure task completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and sensitivity for managing negotiations and communication in interpersonal relationships.
• Ability and desire to stay updated on market trends and opportunities, including attending conferences and developing new supplier relationships.
• Team player with a collaborative nature.
• A desire to learn and grow with the team, and the ability to adapt as our needs and mission evolve.

• Previous experience in building and implementing procurement processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with business, technology, and financial principles.
• Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
