Controller

Venus Concept LTD subsidiary of a public company in the Medical Devices industry is seeking for talented  Financial Controller ( not experienced, up to one year in a company)  to join the finance department.

The right person for the job should be a financial leader, with high motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.  

The position is for candidates with up to total 6 years of experience including internship. Comfortable working hours and good compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements: monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to US GAAP.
• Ensure the month close is completed accurately and within the monthly close cycle, including the preparation, review of all Balance Sheet account reconciliations and key accruals, and analytical review of all P&L items.
• Managing and reporting monthly CF.
•  Ongoing communication with HQ in Canada and 8 subsidiaries abroad.
• Plan, direct and coordinate all accounting operations in Israel.
•  Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures and timelines.
• Analyzing the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, margins, costs, and compliance within budget
•  Responsible for the tax filings and assuring the Transfer Price policy is being implemented correctly.
•  Preparing annual budget and monitoring budget VS actual.
• Ad Hoc reports.

Requirements

•  BA degree in accounting – must.
• CPA with Big 4 Hi Tech department experience.
•  At least 3 years of experience from accounting firm (including internship) also can be up to one year in a company.
• High technical accounting skills- US-GAAP an advantage.
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
•  Hands-on, challenge seeker.
• Proficient with Excel and MS office product.
• Willing to work extra hours when needed.
