We are looking for a Vice President of Quality for a global R&D and manufacturing company,
Oversee a team of Quality Managers across multiple manufacturing sites
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement quality policies and objectives.
- Manage a team of quality engineers across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other standards.
- Oversee audits and certification processes.
- Handle quality-related communications with clients.
- Improve quality processes in development, production, and supply chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences.
- CQM certification.
- Experience in mechanics, hardware, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in military and international quality standards.
- 3+ years in a similar role and 5+ years in team management.
- High proficiency in English.
