Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead the cross-functional activities of our organization's products, with a strong focus on public cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal and external teams, facilitating project success through effective communication and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee IT activities across multidisciplinary projects for organizational products, emphasizing public cloud solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams.
• Develop and plan a work program in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Participate in the processes of defining and designing system architecture.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and tracking of project activities.
• Perform continuous risk management with work teams.
• Maintain regular status updates and manage the matrix of project partners.
• Lead the writing of project documentation, ranging from processes and methodologies to technical documents.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or relevant technical management experience in IT (including military experience) – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of direct or matrix management experience with SYSTEM, NETWORKING, CYBER, and DEVOPS teams – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IT environments, including ON-PREM and cloud environments – mandatory.
• Previous experience with cloud migration (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of information systems, including networks, operating systems, databases, and information security.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
