Marketing and Lead Generation Manager

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing and Lead Generation Manager, you will work closely with the marketing & pre-sales teams, and support the company's marketing & sales efforts.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Creating content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.

Assisting in the development of marketing collateral such as presentations, flyers, and brochures

Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas.

Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, lead generation tools, and data analytics platforms. 

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights. 

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams. 

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets. 

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving industry. 

Understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and the cybersecurity landscape, is a plus. 

Preferred background & Qualifications:

Proven background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with social media platforms and content creation.

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and the cybersecurity landscape, is a must. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, lead generation tools, and data analytics platforms. 

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights. 

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams. 

English level- mother tongue, is a must.
