Technology Development Engineer

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing development processes for new water purification technologies
• Developing systems, e.g., hydraulic, optical, autonomous
• Designing and building prototypes
• Conducting and documenting tests and experiments
• Proving concept feasibility
• Performing reliability tests and preparing technology for production
• Overseeing integration into company products
• Testing and diagnosing various mechanisms and methods for water enrichment (enrichment engines)
• Gathering information and examining various water purification technologies, including work with external laboratories and research institutes (universities, etc.)
• Collaborating with product development interfaces and consumer insights to define requirements for new features/technologies and their integration into company products

What you should bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Physics (with emphasis on practical experience)
• 3+ years of experience in R&D/Process Engineering
• Knowledge and understanding of physics, thermodynamics, hydraulics
• Experience in water enrichment - an advantage
• Experience in designing and modeling engineering systems in SolidWorks, Surface, Sheetmetal
• High proficiency in English
• Strong learning ability, including reading scientific papers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Creative and curious thinking
