Senior IT Operations (ITOPS) Specialist

A company located in Ra'ana is seeking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Management (ITOM) Delivery specialist to join a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and customizing ITOM solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs. This role demands a deep understanding of IT operations, strong technical expertise, and exceptional client-facing skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, system, network, and security.
• Extensive experience with designing and implementing ITOPS solutions, including monitoring, incident management, and alerting.
• Proven experience to lead ITOPS projects E2E including planning, managing stakeholders expectations and crisis management
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and security protocols, Backup, Virtualization and application.
• Proven experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., BMC, OpenText, SolarWinds), incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and alerting systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
