Employee Experience Specialist

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the HR and workplace environment for our team in Israel, while collaborating with HR teams in the US, EU, and India. Reporting to the HR Director in Israel, your role combines HR consulting and support, talent acquisition, facility management, HR operations, and employee experience. Key responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, leading recruitment, maintaining office operations and policies, fostering a positive work culture, and organizing events, all while navigating cross-cultural communication to support our local and global team's success.

Business Partner

1. Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
2. Maintain local HR operations and manage HR documentation on WD.
3. Address employee concerns and grievances, providing appropriate solutions.
4. Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
5. Collaborate with the payroll team on compensation, benefits, and attendance.
6. Ensure that the company's HR policies are implemented consistently.

Talent Acquisition

1. Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions.
2. Source candidates, screen CVs, and conduct initial and in-depth interviews.
3. Coordinate with global hiring managers and teams such as IT, Payroll etc.

Employee and Workplace Experience

1. Organize events and welfare activities that foster a positive work environment.
2. Oversee daily office operations and procedures.
3. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
4. Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
5. Manage office budgets and track expenses

Ideally, you’ll have

1. 3+ years of experience as an HR with a solid track record in full-cycle recruitment, in a high-tech environment.
2. Experience in office management and employee experience initiatives.
3. Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
4. Experienced in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
