Vice President of Quality Assurance

Oversee a team of Quality Managers across multiple manufacturing sites

Define and implement the company's quality policy.

Achieve quality objectives and goals.

Directly and professionally manage a team of quality engineers.

Ensure processes comply with required standards (ISO 9001, AS9100), including divisional certification and represent the company with certification bodies both domestically and internationally.

Define and implement the quality process during the transition from development to production.

Manage and improve the quality process within the supply chain.

Define and implement quality processes in development, procurement, production, delivery, and client interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences.

Certification in Quality/Reliability Engineering – CQM.

Prior engineering experience in mechanics, hardware, or software – required.

Proficiency in military standards and quality standards such as AS9100 and international standards – required.

Experience in an industrial company – required.

High proficiency in English.

Over 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience leading certification processes.

At least 5 years of experience in team management.

In-depth knowledge of development and NPI processes – significant advantage.
