Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior lawyers with real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various real estate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on real estate regulations, zoning laws, and property rights.
• Perform due diligence, including title searches and reviewing property records.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies and provide comprehensive legal support

Qualifications:

• Legal degree.
• Admitted to the Israeli Bar Association.
• 0-2 years of experience in real estate law or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Israeli real estate laws and regulations. (Bonus)
• Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work onsite in Jerusalem full-time.
