VP of R&D

We are looking for a dynamic growing Israeli startup, looking for a VP of R&D to lead our global development group and be an integral part of our senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a global R&D group, overseeing mobile, backend, and frontend development.
• Work closely with the product team to align development with business goals.
• Drive innovation and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Set clear objectives, manage resources, and develop a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to shape the strategic direction of the company.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing a group.
• Proven experience leading Mobile, Backend, and Frontend development teams.
• Strong background in Backend development (advantage).
• Experience working closely with product teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
