Senior Controller

Senior Controller - for a leading AI-driven asseet mangement company

Reporting to: VP Finance

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the Finance team.

- Lead the preparation of financial statements for our global entities.

- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports for all global entities and funds.

- Direct the budget and forecast processes, including ongoing tracking and analysis.

- Manage cash flow, payroll, taxes, and other financial obligations.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a controller in a high-tech company

- Background in one of the Big Four accounting firms (EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte)

- Strong expertise in US GAAP and IFRS audit and financial reporting

- Advanced proficiency in Excel

- Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus

- Fluent in English

- Adaptable to a high-growth, fast-paced environment
