Product Designer (replacement for maternity leave)

We’re looking for a highly self-motivated, creative, and innovative thinker to join the Outbrain Product Design team as a UX/UI designer! As an outbrain designer, you will work in close collaboration with RnD, Product, and other designers to define, create, and deliver cutting edge SAAS products for the web.

A day in the life

• Design delightful and engaging features for thousands of advertisers on the open web
• Execute all stages of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery
• Prototype the experiences, conduct usability studies to research and then iterate your design based on your findings and supporting data
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand technical feasibility, as well as to ensure your designs and interactions are understood and implemented correctly
• Collaborate effectively with product management, development, product marketing, and other team members and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience as an UX/UI designer, working with B2B desktop Products and Enterprise software
• Great communication skills (in English)
• Proven background in UX methodologies and applying user-centric design processes
• Advanced prototyping abilities to fully demonstrate and test interactions and transitions
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to improve UX design
• Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
• Strategic and Analytical thinker who can understand complex and sometimes conflicting UI requirements.
• A team player who is willing to help teammates, share knowledge, and learn from them
