All About The Role

As part of the Finance department, you will be joining the team as the Accounts Payable Team Lead. You will play a constructive role challenging your team to continuous improvement in Accounting, following the rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Accounts Payable team in Tel Aviv
• Responsible for improvement of processes and controls of the AR team
• Managing the full cycle of the Israeli accounts payable process
• Work closely with the Global Accounts Payable Manager
• Analyzing customer aging reports
  
  

Can You Deliver… (required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies)

• Proven experience and solid understanding in bookkeeping
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Strong leadership skills, both toward people and projects
• Strong MS office/Excel and database skills
• Able to work with ERP systems (preferably Workday or SAP B1)
• Strong in planning and organizing the team tasks
• Initiative and proactive nature
• English language is a must, day to day work in Hebrew
