DevOps Manager

We're seeking a DevOps team leader to join our large organization in Jerusalem.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and mentor a DevOps team, guiding them in cloud-based environments (AWS preferred)

-Oversee and manage infrastructure troubleshooting, evaluating and implementing technological solutions and alternatives

-Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD processes and pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery

-Utilize Microsoft tools to streamline development and deployment processes

-Implement and manage Git Flow to ensure effective version control and collaboration within the team

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in DevOps with a focus on public cloud environments, including 2 years in a team lead role
• 4 years of experience in identifying and resolving infrastructure issues and evaluating technology solution
• 4 years of experience in developing CI/CD processes and pipeline automation
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft tools, TFS and Build servers
• Experience with Git Flow for version control and collaborative development
