PD R&D - Product Development Lead (Cosmetics)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Development Lead to oversee the formulation and development of new products in our line-up. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cosmetic science, market trends, and consumer preferences and will be responsible for guiding the product development process from concept to launch.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our founder, shaping the future of our brand’s product line. As the Product Development Lead, you will have a key role in driving innovation and strategic direction, with a significant impact on the evolution and success of our offerings. Your expertise and vision will be instrumental in defining and elevating our product portfolio, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed market expectations.

Qualifications:

• Passion for the cosmetics industry and staying current with trends.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in product formulation and development.
• Experience in product development within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
• A proven track record of successful product launches is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation, ingredient functionality, and product testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
