Java Team Lead

A leading financial company based in Petah Tikva is seeking a Java Team Leader to join its dynamic development team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development team through code reviews and architectural guidance
• Promote and implement technological solutions and upgrades
• Provide personal and professional leadership to team members, including training, mentoring, feedback, technical support, and decision-making
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, project managers, and other development teams
• Manage work plans and project timelines
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and their business context

Requirements:

Essential

• Minimum of three years of experience as a team leader or technical lead
• At least three years of development experience
• Proficiency in full-stack Java development, including Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Experience with React for front-end development

Preferred:

• Knowledge or experience with advanced development technologies (e.g., microservices, containers)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of DevOps practices and principles
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate employees and influence stakeholders
• Excellent service orientation
• Capacity to work independently and perform well under pressure
