Are you a CRO expert with a passion for optimizing user experiences and driving conversions?

We are a small, dynamic startup based in Tel Aviv, specializing in innovative products for children.

With two exciting products already in the market, we’re looking for a talented CRO Specialist to join our team.

Position: CRO Specialist

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize user journeys across all digital assets to improve conversion rates.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies.
• Collaborate with the product teams to enhance user experience.
• Lead the Marketing strategy end-to-end

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRO or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for creating engaging and effective user experiences.
• Relevant experience in Retail and User Acquisition, specifically in the US market
