Data Engineering & Analyst

A FinTech Start-Up revolutionizing secure self-custody. Their mission is simple: to deliver unparalleled, secure, user-focused products in an environment where assets are often at risk.

In this role, you will manage an R&D team of 11, including 8 developers (specializing in NodeJS and TypeScript) and 3 QA professionals. You'll lead research and development efforts, oversee the development of new technologies to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality products, and more.

The company is located in central Israel, with one work-from-home day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Business Data Engineering & Analyst you will be responsible for leading and managing the data function to support the company’s business analysis needs.
• Data Infrastructure: Create and maintain robust data infrastructure to support all business analysis needs.
• Business Requirements: Specify and manage business requirements and data needs for different functions within the company.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports using data inferences and visualization tools.
• Experiment Analysis: Analyze product and marketing experiments to enable optimization towards key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• BS degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• 4 years' experience as a Data analyst, data infrastructure management, and business intelligence.
• Experience in B2C mobile product company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience in designing and analyzing experiments to drive product and marketing improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with mobile product metrics and KPIs.
