Full Stack Tech Lead

A high-tech company whose app has become synonymous with solutions for drivers and vehicles. This is a stable and established company with over 15 years of operation and more than 3 million customers.

The role involves the professional leadership of a development team based in Georgia, requiring a high level of English proficiency. The development is primarily in React and Node, with a strong emphasis on the client-side.

The position reports to the Group Manager.

The office is located in Petah Tikva, near a light rail line, with one work-from-home day per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an offshore scrum team of full-stack developers and QA engineers.
• Design and approve technical architectures for complex web applications.
• Oversee code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of delivery.

Requirements

• 6 years of hands-on experience as a Node.js and React full-stack developer.
• 2 years of experience in a tech lead or team leadership role.
• Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with AWS serverless architecture is a plus.
