- Overseeing the daily management of software development and testing/integration teams.
- Leading Design & Design-Reviews processes.
- Planning and Budgeting:
- Analyzing, planning, and budgeting software development requirements.
- Building and maintaining a project plan.
- Integration and Implementation:
- Designing and executing integration processes and system-of-systems implementations for internal and external customers.
- Participating in formal system handover processes to customers both domestically and internationally.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering – required.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development as part of a development team – required.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a software development team of at least 5 developers – required.
- Technologies:
- Experience with CI/CD processes, DevOps, and Source Control – required.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies – required.
- Experience with Cloud, Web, SaaS technologies, and React JS – advantage.
- Experience in algorithm development – advantage.
