Senior Legal Counsel

Yad2 group is searching for a senior legal counsel with extensive business and digital experience.

The role includes providing legal counsel and guidance to all departments of the company, legal support on labor relations, contract drafting, litigation, antitrust and general regulation. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for managing legal risks, regulatory compliance, ethics code, and working with the Compliance team at the parent company abroad.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law and valid law license - mandatory
• Minimum of 8 years of experience - mandatory
• Proven experience and expertise in labor law, contracts, corporate law, antitrust, and understanding of the online environment
• Understanding and experience in IPO, M&A, and company sale processes
• Experience working in a digital environment with private and business clients
• Experience in a global retail company - an advantage
• Experience in litigation, representing companies in courts, and managing legal proceedings
• Native-level English proficiency
