Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that, up until now, was managed by tons of Excel sheets. We take this scattered and unstructured data and consolidate it into a single source of truth enabling finance professionals to follow it, manage it, and create the ever-needed order within the realm of finances.

As the Director of Business Operations you will lead our Business Operations team, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency throughout the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional alignment, managing key systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and integrating numerous other platforms. With a strong emphasis on lead generation (bringing in thousands of leads monthly), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, fostering collaboration, and driving growth across sales, marketing, and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Marketing, and Sales and Customer Success Operations, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Support Customer Success, Finance, and Product operational needs
- Optimize and maintain key systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Chili Piper)
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and mentor the Operations team
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, including 2+ years in management and 3+ years in strategic roles
- Expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, and system integrations
- Proven experience in optimizing lead generation and managing high-volume lead flow
- Experience in business operations within startups, focusing on scalability and efficiency
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with finance and customer success teams to drive comprehensive operational insights
- Advanced skills in data analysis, process optimization, and implementing AI tools for business improvements
