The Role:

As a Junior PPC Manager, you will assist in managing, optimizing, and maximizing ROI for Facebook, Google, and TikTok campaigns.

You'll work closely with senior team members, learning the ins and outs of:

·        Performance campaign management

·        Data segmentation and audience targeting

·        Creating advanced dashboards using SuperMetrics

·        Presentation – Creating presentations and presenting to executives

Your Responsibilities:

·        Support the PPC team with the optimization of Facebook and Google campaigns.

·        Assist in crafting ongoing campaigns that drive customers through targeted customer journeys.

·        Work with data segmentation and audiences to enhance campaign performance under the guidance of senior team members.

·        Collaborate with e-commerce website managers and marketing managers to ensure seamless campaign integration.

·        Contribute to the development and implementation of ROAS-based PPC strategies.

Your Qualifications:

·        Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in learning and improving.

·        1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC.

·        A good understanding of managing budgets on Facebook and Google.

·        A passion for digital marketing and a strong self-learning aptitude.

·        The ability to multitask effectively and a willingness to take on new challenges.

A plus:

·        Experience working in a large agency.

·        Familiarity with Google Analytics.

·        Exposure to Supermetrics, pixel implementation, or TikTok Ads Manager.
