Control Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Control Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team at our leading food manufacturing plant.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining control and automation systems to improve production efficiency and product quality at two of our manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement control and automation systems in production lines at both manufacturing sites
• Monitor and analyze production process performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain computerized control systems
• Work with Siemens and Simplicity controllers
• Perform testing and validation of control systems
• Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams at both sites
• Prepare technical ation and work procedures
• Coordinate and collaborate between the two manufacturing sites to ensure consistency and efficiency in control processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree - advantage)

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing control systems in the food industry
• In-depth knowledge of industrial control and automation systems
• Proven experience working with Siemens and Simplicity controllers
• Strong data analysis and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Programming knowledge - advantage
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel between the two manufacturing sites
