The founder of our company has been an institutionally ranked technology analyst, partner of a 700-person investment banking firm, analyst for two multi-billion-dollar asset management firms and has taken seventeen companies public, included four of his own.

Opportunity

We're looking for entrepreneurs who are smart, growth-minded, experienced and are actively acquiring profitable private companies, or want to be better positioned to do so. People who have excelled in this role have typically been in C-Suite positions for several years, have a large personal and professional network, have been point person on one or more acquisitions, and have been involved in raising debt and/or equity financing.

Responsibilities

If you haven't already done so, identify a sector that's ripe for consolidation, form a team to execute a rollup strategy, raise capital and acquire profitable companies. Working with us, you'll be able to do all of this more efficiently, more effectively and while retaining more equity in your holding company. We provide significant support and coaching. Our proven strategy has been used by other acquisition entrepreneurs to create more than $8 billion in shareholder value.

Compensation

Acquisition entrepreneurs are driven by equity wealth creation but can start drawing a salary when there's sufficient capital raised from investors and/or when the acquired companies provide for enough free cash flow. You will not earn any base, salary or compensation until then. Thereafter, acquisition entrepreneurs typically scale to earning six figures in income, plus seven to eight figures in equity wealth based largely on their ability to execute.

Qualifications

Excellent reading comprehension.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to think for yourself.

Self-motivated.

At least 10+ years of sales, marketing, business development or C-level skills.

Ideally, you already have 2,000+ LinkedIn connections.

Ability to financially support yourself since this position pays for specific performance.
