The Role

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Relationship Coaches to expand our global network of professionals. As a Relationship Coach at Liftalk, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored support and expert advice on a range of relationship issues. This role is ideal for those who excel in converting inquiries into ongoing client engagements and who possess a blend of therapeutic insight and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions online, addressing various relationship dynamics including romantic, platonic, familial, and professional.
• Employ a compassionate approach to handle sensitive topics, offering empathetic guidance and actionable solutions.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical conduct during all interactions.
• Excel in client acquisition and retention, with a focus on converting prospects into loyal clients.
  
  

• You have working knowledge of Arabic Speaker, Counseling and Relationship
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• Proven track record in sales or client conversion.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to actively listen and respond effectively.
• An empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental approach, suitable for a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in conducting sessions via text, voice, and video calls.
• Coaching certification or relevant qualifications are preferred, though extensive field experience can substitute formal credentials.
