We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our team for a temporary position (Maternity leave replacement).

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Monitoring: Track the company’s budget to ensure financial goals are met.
• Manage suppliers.
• Procurement Orders.
• Accounting: Receipt of system provider invoices, Expensing cost from suppliers, Supplier / customer adjustments.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and company management to ensure seamless operations.
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeper or purchase role.
• English in a good level.
• Advantage - Experience with Priority ERP software is a plus but not required.
• Advantage - Experience in an international company.
