Project Manager - Education

You’ll work closely with our education teams, helping to deliver impactful programs and resources to educators in Jewish, private, and public schools. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our educational offerings are executed smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Support department managers and cross-functional project teams as relevant during the lifetime of a project, from planning, through implementation, to completion, including documentation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to all stakeholders, to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Upload and manage new videos and resources on our websites, keeping content current and accessible to schools.
• Oversee the logistics and tech support for both in-person and virtual events, including webinars, conferences and retreats.
• Coordinate communication and logistics with schools, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and presentation needs for events, conferences, and other engagements, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing opportunities across various projects.
• Track and manage deliverables across all education programming, including the creation of MOUs, tracking payments, and documenting events in Salesforce.
  
  

Requirements:

What You Have:

• You have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You have experience with project management tools and/or project management experience (a plus)
• You are familiar with project management methodologies and the system development life cycle (a plus)
• You are an ace communicator, both written and verbal—you can explain just about anything to anyone
• You go above and beyond, willing to jump in wherever you're needed with sleeves rolled up
• You are comfortable asking questions and eager to learn new things
• You are willing and able to work unconventional hours at times to accommodate or global staff and programs

Salary:

Our target salary range for this position when based in New York is $50,000-60,000 annually. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
