Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business through successful product development. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data to inform product decisions. You should also have experience with agile development methodologies and tools, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, including defining product vision, strategy, and key objectives.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Work with engineering and design teams to define and prioritize features and functionality.
• Use data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and deliver product demos and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product managers and provide guidance on best practices for product management.
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience as a SaaS B2B product manager, at least 2 of them in a data / analytics product.
• Experience in writing specs & user stories.
• Experience in Agile development methodology.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English.
  
  

• A leader comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• A problem solver with the ability to think strategically.
• A data junkie, who knows that combining the right analytical skills and data should inform product decisions.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex, data-driven products.
• A natural (or self-taught to the point of seeming natural!) communicator and presenter who can clearly articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• An independent and collaborative partner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
